Pueblo Bonito's own project page and its Vantage brand post, the 2023 announcement, the opening releases of May 2024 and December 2025 and a review of April 2026 were each read. None states when the 45 privately-owned villas and condominiums were released for sale; every opening release describes the property only as a 111-room hotel and does not mention the residences at all.
When ground was broken on the site.
The developer's own pages and every opening release and pickup found were read and none reports a groundbreaking. The record shows only a slipping opening target, not a construction start.
When the residences were handed over to buyers.
No opened page states when the villas and condominiums were handed over. The dates the record does carry are the property's opening and they were revised three times: Spring 2024 in the announcement of 28 March 2023, then 1 October 2024 in a release of 28 May 2024, then 14 January 2026 in a release of 11 December 2025. A review published 8 April 2026 says the hotel was 'Newly opened in February 2026', a month later than the last announced date. All of these name the hotel opening, not a handover to residence buyers.
