Cleviá, San Miguel de Allende, Autograph Collection Residences
The residences
- The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
- Autograph Collection
- The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
- Hotel
- The larger planned community, resort or named development this project sits inside. A standalone building sits in none.
- Cleviá
- How many separately titled homes this project sells, counting every kind it sells. Where it sells more than one kind, each is named and its own count given.
- 42
- The kinds of home offered — villas, condos, penthouses, lots — and how they break down. Not how many, and not what interest is sold.
- 1–3BR residences around a central courtyard, sharing hotel amenities
- Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.
- Hotel on site
- When the project was first made public.
- 14 Nov 2019
- When its residences were first released for sale.
- Clevia's own residences site carries no dates at all. A Mexican portal listing headed 'Preventa de Departamento Tipo A en Clevia' was delisted on 29 June 2022, so units were in pre-sale before that date, but the listing does not say when pre-sale opened and no other opened page dates the release.
- When ground was broken on the site.
- The 2019 presentation bulletin, Clevia's own residences site, the opening release of 31 March 2025 and Hotel Management's opening report of 2 April 2025 were each read and none states a groundbreaking or an inicio de obra. Two Atencion San Miguel de Allende pieces that surfaced in search returned HTTP 403 and were not opened.
- When the residences were handed over to buyers.
- The hotel is open - the opening release is dated 31 March 2025 and Hotel Management reported it open on 2 April 2025 - but neither page, nor Clevia's own site, states when the 42 residences were handed over to their buyers. The opening release announces the hotel doors, not a residence handover.
