• Distinct roles, deliberately distinct strings Each string records a different capacity: FibraSOMA is the BMV-listed REIT that owns, SOMA develops, Sordo Madaleno is the architecture practice, and Sordo Madaleno Design does interiors. Collapsing them would credit the REIT with designing buildings.
