How this project is structuredSLS Residences Cancún stands in the planned community of Puerto Cancún, in the Novo Cancún beachfront enclave. Inmobilia’s project page describes the residences as finely distributed in seven towers, crowned by SLS Cancun Hotel & Residences, the flagship project of the development, and no opened page names them all. That page gives the flagship hotel as 65 keys and states its residences sold out, without publishing a residence count. The first was developed by Inmobilia alone and those that followed by a partnership of Related Group, Inmobilia and U-Calli, with sbe named alongside them on one tower. SLS Ocean Beach Residences gives its address as Manzana 27, Lote 1-02, the lot the OpenStreetMap record for SLS Cancun Hotel & Residences also carries, and its title runs through BANCO INVEX, SA Institución de Banca Múltiple Fideicomiso 3792, which licenses the names and brands. SLS is operated by Ennismore, in which Accor holds the majority shareholding.
