Fifth Avenue
Aman New York
The residences
- The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
- Aman
- The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
- Hotel
- How many separately titled homes this project sells, counting every kind it sells. Where it sells more than one kind, each is named and its own count given.
- 22
- The interest a buyer takes: whole ownership, a share of one residence, or a right to use it.
- Whole ownership
- Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.
- Hotel on site
- When its residences were first released for sale.
- 2018
- Every handover date the project has been given, oldest first.
- 2021
- When the residences were handed over to buyers.

How this project is structuredOKO Group converted the upper floors of the Crown Building at 730 Fifth Avenue into 22 residences above an 83-key Aman hotel, with Jean-Michel Gathy of Denniston as architect. The building was acquired by Vladislav Doronin in 2015 and opened in 2021. The developer's newsroom records the residences as sold out.
