When the residences were handed over to buyers.: No opened page gives a handover date at all: both Chablé releases state only turnkey durations counted from a buyer's reservation — 16 months in the February 2024 release, 18 months for two- and three-bedroom and 24 months for four- and five-bedroom in the September 2025 release. The February 2024 release says the first residence "is now complete and serves as a model", which is a show villa, not a residence handed to a buyer.
