Development manager for all three Chablé branded-residence projects announced in September 2025 — Yucatán, Costalegre and Valle de Guadalupe — and solely responsible for their development, marketing and sale; the residences are not owned, developed or sold by the owner of the Chablé brand. It also develops Chablé's Casona 59 hotel in central Mérida.
