Each column is one level of the grouping, labelled at its head; blocks are sized by the chosen measure and split into the column to their right. The rightmost blocks are individual projects, coloured by stage. A block marked holds levels not shown at this width — click it to drill in; the trail above steps back out. Units uses recorded counts only.

TRATER

Owner-developer 2 assets

Owner of the TROBBU fractional residence brand, which sells co-ownership of furnished villas and operates them in a rental pool. It holds destinations in three mapped corridors — Migriño in Los Cabos, Mérida and Progreso in Yucatán, and Tulum — and lists Mahahual, San Miguel de Allende and Madrid outside them.

  • Two destinations in this corridor — the Dzoyolá hacienda and a beachfront villa at Progreso.

GND Properties

Developer

Development manager for all three Chablé branded-residence projects announced in September 2025 — Yucatán, Costalegre and Valle de Guadalupe — and solely responsible for their development, marketing and sale; the residences are not owned, developed or sold by the owner of the Chablé brand. Records

Where to check the public record

The registries that hold the ownership, permit and title record for projects in this corridor. Each portal opens at its own search page — these are starting points for your own search, not a per-project lookup. The badge states how retrievable each one actually is: Auto publicly searchable · Pointer public but manual, paid or patchy · Restricted certificate only.

SEMARNAT-MIA Auto open portal ↗
Environmental Impact Authorization
Federal permit naming the developer company (promovente), the consultants, the coordinates and the built footprint. The most systematic public record of who is actually building.
How to search: Filter to the Mérida area, then browse by year and search the master-plan or project name.
BMV / CNBV Auto open portal ↗
Mexican Stock Exchange & regulator filings
For listed owners, audited annual reports and prospectuses disclosing assets, ownership and control. Rich, but only for the listed subset.
How to search: Search by issuer ticker — listed platforms carry their ticker in the Owners ledger above.
DOF Auto open portal ↗
Diario Oficial de la Federación
Concession grants, expropriations and some corporate acts, in full text.
How to search: Full-text search by company or master-plan name; useful as a cross-check on concessions.
RPC / SIGER Pointer open portal ↗
Public Registry of Commerce (Secretaría de Economía)
Federal company registry: a developer company's incorporation, shareholders and legal powers.
How to search: Search by company name; a full extract typically needs the folio mercantil, so this is not a clean name→owner lookup.
ZOFEMAT Pointer open portal ↗
Federal Maritime-Terrestrial Zone concession
Who holds the rights to the beach frontage in front of a project — federal concession, not freehold.
How to search: Concession padrón for the state the Mérida area sits in; legally public, but titles are patchy PDFs and some registries are re-regularising.
RPP Restricted
Public Property & Commerce Registry (state)
State land-title registry: the legal owner, liens and transaction history of a parcel. Each state runs its own registry and its own portal; there is no national search.
How to search: Find the registry for the state this corridor sits in. The certificate is pay-per-request and keyed on a folio real you do not hold up front; the deed itself is owner-only. Not a public name→owner lookup.
