Operating

The residences

The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
Fendi
The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
Fashion / Design
How many separately titled homes this project sells, counting every kind it sells. Where it sells more than one kind, each is named and its own count given.
58
The kinds of home offered — villas, condos, penthouses, lots — and how they break down. Not how many, and not what interest is sold.
Flow-through oceanfront residences over 12 storeys
The interest a buyer takes: whole ownership, a share of one residence, or a right to use it.
Whole ownership
Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.
Residences only, no hotel
When its residences were first released for sale.
No opened page states a sales launch date.
When the residences were handed over to buyers.

1 settled questionabout this project

Points this record could not settle, with the sources on each side. The question stays visible after the ruling.

Two brands roughly fifteen kilometres apart in this market are written Fendi and FENDI Casa on the pages that carry them, and no opened page states whether they are one brand.

  • FendiThe Surfside building's record is headed FENDI Chateau Residences and credits its interiors to FENDI in collaboration with Fanny Haim, with no mention of a Casa line.source ↗
  • FENDI CasaThe Aventura project's launch release is issued as Avenia Interiors by Fendi Casa and describes a new chapter for FENDI Casa in interior design.source ↗

ResolvedFendi Casa's own site presents the line as an extension of the Rome fashion house rather than as a house of its own — "Fendi Casa stems from the aspiration to imbue every place, near or far, with the authentic, creative and innovative spirit that has made Fendi" — and the line is produced under a home licence that has moved between furniture manufacturers, most recently on 1 July 2025 when Luxury Living Group acquired the company holding it. Fendi and Fendi Casa are a house and its furnishings line carrying that house's name, not two spellings of one brand, so each keeps its own record.
