How this project is structuredStarwood Capital Group and Tribeca Associates developed the 50-storey tower at 20 West 53rd Street, with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill as architect and Tony Ingrao on the residence interiors. The residences sit above a 114-room Baccarat hotel occupying the first twelve floors, which Starwood Capital sold to an affiliate of Sunshine Insurance Group in February 2015 while its own hotel arm took a long-term management contract.
