How this project is structuredA 26-storey tower on Avenida Francisco Medina Ascencio in Puerto Vallarta's northern hotel zone, developed by Related Group. Construction began in February 2025; 130 condominiums sit above an 84-key Thompson hotel. The project's own site reported over 80% of the residences sold in July 2026. Thompson is a Hyatt brand — the residences are developed and sold by Related Group.
