TROBBU Los Cabos

Under construction

The residences

The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
TROBBU
The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
Independent / Developer brand
The larger planned community, resort or named development this project sits inside. A standalone building sits in none.
Migriño
How many separately titled homes this project sells, counting every kind it sells. Where it sells more than one kind, each is named and its own count given.
32
The kinds of home offered — villas, condos, penthouses, lots — and how they break down. Not how many, and not what interest is sold.
Single-storey three-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom villas of 322 m² with private pool, sold in fractions
The interest a buyer takes: whole ownership, a share of one residence, or a right to use it.
Fractional
Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.
Residences only, no hotel
The published asking range or entry price.
MXN from 1,037,000 per fraction
When the project was first made public.
TRATER's own destination page carries a delivery year and nothing else; no opened page states when the project was made public.
When its residences were first released for sale.
TRATER's own destination page states no date on which fractions were first offered.
When ground was broken on the site.
TRATER's own destination page states no construction start.
Every handover date the project has been given, oldest first.
2026
When the residences were handed over to buyers.
TRATER's own destination page still states a 2026 delivery and records no villa handed over.

What the brand does

Not recorded is a statement about this register: no sourced value is held for these. It is never a claim that anyone withheld them.

Who is behind it

The company that runs properties under this project’s brand and sets the standards carried under it. It need not own the name — who owns it is the brand licensor.
TROBBU
The party that promotes the project and carries it through to delivery. May also hold title to part of it — being one does not make it the other.

Is TRATER the corporate parent of TROBBU, or the developer that owns and sells it?

  • Recorded as a company in its own rightThis register records TROBBU as the company behind the TROBBU brand and ties it to TRATER as an affiliate. TRATER is also the developer of the project, so the same corporate family stands behind the brand and builds the scheme.
  • TROBBU may be the product rather than a companyTROBBU is also the brand on the project. No opened source names a company called TROBBU distinct from TRATER, so the company recorded behind the brand may be the brand name a second time rather than a separate company.
