The page's disclaimer states Wyndham Hotel Group (UK) Limited's role is limited to licensing the Wyndham brand and that Wyndham "intends to enter into a Residences Supervisory Services Agreement, under which it is expected to supervise, control and direct the provision of certain brand services to the Residences".
