How this project is structuredThe residences occupy the upper 26 floors of a tower at 10 Little West Street developed by Millennium Partners and completed in 2001, above a hotel on the lower floors. Handel Architects and Polshek Partnership Architects designed the building. The Ritz-Carlton signage was removed from the hotel section in April 2018, while the residences continue to be listed under the Ritz-Carlton name with Marriott International as managing company.
