How this project is structuredCain acquired the hotel at 246 Spring Street in 2025 and is repositioning it as Delano SoHo New York, with Ennismore managing it. Cain holds a minority stake in the Delano brand, of which Ennismore is the majority partner. The building was acquired in September 2005 by Bayrock/Sapir LLC and completed in 2009 as a condominium of 391 units, carrying the name Trump Soho until it was renamed The Dominick.
