How this project is structuredWasl develops Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in partnership with its hospitality arm, Wasl Hospitality. Mandarin Oriental's own press material describes the 224-residence component two ways on two different releases: one, issued at the hotel's October 2025 opening, states the residences are available for lease; a separate release calls them "The Residences at Mandarin Oriental Downtown, Dubai", the brand's first residential development in Dubai, set to launch in 2026. Which reading governs, or whether these describe two distinct products in the same tower, is unresolved.
