Six Senses Residences London at The Whiteley

Operating

The residences

The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
Six Senses
The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
Hotel
How many separately titled homes this project sells, counting every kind it sells. Where it sells more than one kind, each is named and its own count given.
14
The kinds of home offered — villas, condos, penthouses, lots — and how they break down. Not how many, and not what interest is sold.
One- and two-bedroom residences, furnished, beside the Six Senses hotel
The interest a buyer takes: whole ownership, a share of one residence, or a right to use it.
Whole ownership
Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.
Hotel on site
When the project was first made public.
No opened page carries the date the residences were first made public; the earliest opened report of them is dated October 2022.
When its residences were first released for sale.
No opened page states when the residences were released for sale; a September 2023 release reports off-plan sales already under way.
When ground was broken on the site.
No opened page states when construction began on the Queensway conversion.
When the residences were handed over to buyers.

Who is behind it

The company that runs properties under this project’s brand and sets the standards carried under it. It need not own the name — who owns it is the brand licensor.
Six Senses · IHG Hotels & Resorts
A party that still holds title to a named part of this scheme — a retained podium, a co-located hotel. Most branded residences have none: the homes belong to the people who bought them.
MARK Capital Management · C C Landscheme owner and joint venture partner
The party that promotes the project and carries it through to delivery. May also hold title to part of it — being one does not make it the other.
Valouran · Finchattondevelopment manager
The practice or individual who designed the building.

How this project is structuredMARK Capital Management owns the Whiteley scheme and brought C C Land in as a joint venture partner. Valouran is development manager, a role the 2023 launch release credited to Finchatton. Six Senses holds a 30-year agreement to manage and brand the hotel, and Gruppo Statuto acquired Six Senses London, described as the 109-room hotel and 14 branded residences, in May 2024.
