Behind the master plan

Developer Thor Urbana, Mota-Engil México The Nauká company profile describes the development itself as "developed by Thor Urbana, GFA Architects and partners Mota Engil Mexico" — one consortium, recorded as one row. The same profile names Vogel & Associates as master plan designers and Olson Kundig as architect; neither is a development role. The profile writes the third party as "GFA Architects", which no page pairs with a company this register holds, so it is named here and carried by no id. -
Building manager not found No opened page names a company administering the estate, operating the community association or collecting service charges. The Nauká site and its Siari page carry only the footer line "©2026 Club THPR SC", with no sentence stating what that entity does. Spanish trade coverage of the September 2025 opening names José Miguel Bejos as president of Mota-Engil México and Jaime Fasja Amkie as a partner of Nauka, without naming a company running the landholding.
-
Holds title to not found No opened page names a holder of title to the Nauká land. The Mexico News Daily report on the wider Nayarit project states that "the land will remain state property under the Fideicomiso Nuevo Nayarit framework", but says that of the larger Costa Nayarit development and never of Nauká; the developer releases and the Nauká site state acreage without naming a landowner.

each side. Both readings are published rather than one being chosen quietly. 1 question has since been settled; each is listed with its ruling.
Whether one market should span 300 kilometres and two states, from Costa Canuva in Nayarit to Tamarindo in Jalisco.
- One marketThe stretch is marketed as a single Pacific market and shares Puerto Vallarta International Airport for its northern half.
- Split into Riviera Nayarit and CostalegreCostalegre is served by its own airstrip at Chalacatepec, sits in different Jalisco municipalities, and its estates are measured in thousands of acres against hundreds in Nayarit. Nine projects fall north of Puerto Vallarta and four south of it.

- Announced, not recordedAccor announced a 250-key Fairmont with whole and fractional branded residences in April 2016, slated to open in late 2018. No source since establishes construction, a residence count or a sales programme, and Nauká now occupies land inside the same master plan.source ↗

ResolvedThe two readings are one measurement in two units: 370 hectares is 914 acres, which falls inside the 900-to-920-acre range the second source gives. The enclave is recorded at 370 hectares.
