The company

The Mexican arm of Thor Equities Group, born of its 2012 joint venture with GFA. It acquired the land for Montage Los Cabos in 2015 and built the resort, developed Siari — the Ritz-Carlton Reserve hotel and residences at Nauká — with Mota-Engil, and is Montage International's development partner for Montage Valle de Guadalupe.

• Los CabosAcquired the Montage parcel inside the Twin Dolphin community and carried its construction to the 2018 opening, co-developing with Ohana Real Estate Investors.
• EnsenadaCo-developer of the Montage resort inside the Bruma Wine Estate and, with Life Properties International and GFA Grupo Inmobiliario, of the broader Bruma destination.
