Mexican coverage of a Thompson Residences showroom inauguration in April 2022 was found in search results but every page carrying it (Mural, Reforma, El Norte) refused access, so no page stating a sales-release date was opened.

How this project is structuredThe residences sit inside Ikon Tower, a mixed-use project in Valle Oriente, San Pedro Garza García, whose first ten floors hold the Thompson hotel. Hyatt has granted the developer a revocable licence to offer and sell the residences using the Thompson name and trademarks. Torre VO, S.A.P.I. de C.V. and Operadora de Hoteles VO, S.A.P.I. de C.V. are solely responsible for marketing and selling them. Owners may be able to join a voluntary rental programme administered by the Thompson hotel, subject to the hotel management company's agreement.
