How this project is structuredThe residences sit on floors 17 to 32 of the 32-storey Torre Libertad at Paseo de la Reforma 439, above a St. Regis hotel of 189 rooms; the tower was designed by César Pelli, built between November 2004 and January 2008, and opened in June 2008. Marriott International operates the hotel. St. Regis' own published residences roster lists twenty locations and does not include Mexico City.
