Piccadilly & St James's · Piccadilly Estate
Cambridge House, Auberge Collection
The residences
- The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
- Auberge Collection
- The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
- Hotel
- The larger planned community, resort or named development this project sits inside. A standalone building sits in none.
- Piccadilly Estate
- How many separately titled homes this project sells, counting every kind it sells. Where it sells more than one kind, each is named and its own count given.
- 7
- The kinds of home offered — villas, condos, penthouses, lots — and how they break down. Not how many, and not what interest is sold.
- seven apartments within the hotel building, with access to the hotel amenities
- Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.
- Hotel on site
- When the project was first made public.
- No opened page states when the residences were first made public. The building database records a planning application submitted in May 2017 and permission granted in March 2018, which is a consent date rather than an announcement.
- When its residences were first released for sale.
- No opened page states a sales release date, and no opened page carries a price or an available residence.
- When ground was broken on the site.
- Jan 2018
- Every handover date the project has been given, oldest first.
- 2025→2026
- When the residences were handed over to buyers.
- The building database records the scheme under construction, so no handover has occurred.

Not recorded is a statement about this register: no sourced value is held for these. It is never a claim that anyone withheld them.
Who is behind it
- The company that runs properties under this project’s brand and sets the standards carried under it. It need not own the name — who owns it is the brand licensor.
- Auberge Resorts LLC
- A party that still holds title to a named part of this scheme — a retained podium, a co-located hotel. Most branded residences have none: the homes belong to the people who bought them.
- Reuben BrothersSince 2011acquired the properties in 2011
- The party that promotes the project and carries it through to delivery. May also hold title to part of it — being one does not make it the other.
- Reuben Brothers
- The practice or individual who designed the building.
- Studio PDP
- The practice or individual who designed the interiors.
- Jean-Louis Deniot · Laura Gonzalez · Studio Clementinethe appointment release gives Jean-Louis Deniot the transformation of the hotel and Laura Gonzalez the bars, dining venues, spa and club rooms; the building database adds Studio Clementine
