Bulgari Hotel & Residences, London

Operating

The residences

The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
Bulgari
The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
Hotel
How many separately titled homes this project sells, counting every kind it sells. Where it sells more than one kind, each is named and its own count given.
6
The kinds of home offered — villas, condos, penthouses, lots — and how they break down. Not how many, and not what interest is sold.
Apartments including one penthouse, released in phases
The interest a buyer takes: whole ownership, a share of one residence, or a right to use it.
Whole ownership
Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.
Hotel on site
When the project was first made public.
No opened page names a date on which the scheme was first made public. The developer's own page states only that the hotel opened in May 2012.
When its residences were first released for sale.
No opened page gives a sales release date. Sales coverage from June 2011 describes a phased release already under way while the building was under construction.
When ground was broken on the site.
No opened page names a groundbreaking date. The developer's own page gives only the May 2012 opening, and the encyclopaedia record dates construction between 2010 and 2012 without naming a start.
Every handover date the project has been given, oldest first.
2012
When the residences were handed over to buyers.
No opened page states when residences were handed to buyers. The developer's own page dates the opening of the hotel to May 2012, which is the building rather than the buyer completions.
