How this project is structuredBulgari Ocean Mansions is a cluster of seven five-bedroom mansions developed by Meraas on the northern shore of Jumeirah Bay Island. A property tracker records construction complete since February 2024 and a July 2025 resale transaction, while Meraas's own project page describes marine works as complete and foundation works as still to commence.
