The residences

The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
The Standard
The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
Hotel
How many separately titled homes this project sells, counting every kind it sells. Where it sells more than one kind, each is named and its own count given.
228reported
The kinds of home offered — villas, condos, penthouses, lots — and how they break down. Not how many, and not what interest is sold.
Studio, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den and two-bedroom residences
The interest a buyer takes: whole ownership, a share of one residence, or a right to use it.
Whole ownership
Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.
Residences only, no hotel
When its residences were first released for sale.
No opened page states the sales launch date.

How this project is structuredRosso Development and Midtown Development built the 12-storey, 228-residence building at 3100 NE 1st Avenue, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Urban Robot in collaboration with The Standard's in-house design team. Standard International runs the brand, and the building is The Standard brand's first standalone residential property. It received its temporary certificate of occupancy and began closings in April 2026.
