How this project is structuredFifteen condominium residences sit on the top four floors of the building at 85 West Broadway, above a hundred-key hotel. The building was erected in 2008 by the firm named in the building review, with Brennan Beer Gorman as architect and Richardson Sadeki on the interiors. The hotel section was bought in August 2025 by Capstone Equities and Republic Investment Company, which appointed Rebel Hotel Company to manage it.
