How this project is structuredThe residences will rise on a 5.2-acre parcel inside the 501 East Camino Real resort property, on land now used as a golf-course maintenance facility, and Palm Beach County records that parcel under Boca Owner LLC. The city council approved an eight-storey building of 505,840 square feet there in March 2026. BDT & MSD Partners owns the resort and is developing the residences, and the resort's own team provides the residences' services. The property has carried the name The Boca Raton since July 2021, when its owners announced the change.
