How this project is structuredFour Seasons' own release states the hotel and its residences were developed by Mubadala's real-estate and infrastructure arm, which is also the developer of Al Maryah Island. The tower carries 71 private residences alongside 53 long-term-lease apartments and the Four Seasons hotel. No opened page names a landowning entity for the residences.
