Developer DINE, S.A.B. de C.V.Since 1994 DINE's own project page gives the peninsula as roughly 700 hectares on a 1994–2030 development horizon; Forbes records DINE acquiring the 1,500-acre site in the early 1990s, building out the roads and other infrastructure, and remaining the master developer. -
Building manager not found No opened page names a company administering the estate or collecting its service charges. The resort's Discover page names Club Punta Mita only for membership access to the amenities and Peter Burwash International only as operator of the tennis centre; DINE is named there as the community's developer, not its administrator.

Individual hotel parcels have left that holding: Forbes records Strategic Hotels & Resorts buying one site from DINE in 2006 and a 57-acre site in 2007, with DINE holding the peninsula around them.
