Developer not found Opened pages describe Punta Ballena as a 174-acre gated estate established in 2000 and name no firm as having acquired, master-planned or built out the land. An appraiser overview naming the master developers of El Dorado, Puerto Los Cabos, Palmilla, Rancho San Lucas, Chileno Bay, Diamante and Querencia gives Punta Ballena an acreage and a date and no firm. The one page naming a development company, SV Capital's own project page, confines that firm's role to the Esperanza resort standing inside the plan.
