Developer not found No opened page names the company that master-planned Marasi Bay or laid in its infrastructure. OMNIYAT's own Marasi Bay destination page names Foster + Partners for architecture on individual properties and attributes the master plan to no one; its September 2023 marina announcement says only that further details of the master plan 'will be shared throughout the year'. The 2016 Dubai Holding release naming Dubai Properties Group as developer speaks throughout of 'Marasi Business Bay' and never of Marasi Bay.
Building manager OMNIYAT Stated of the estate's marina: OMNIYAT's June 2025 announcement describes 'the Marasi Bay Marina, operated by OMNIYAT'. No opened page names a manager of the wider Marasi Bay estate or of its community association.
Holds title to OMNIYATSince 2023 OMNIYAT announced on 23 September 2023 the acquisition of Marasi Bay Marina from Business Bay LLC, which held it until then; a June 2025 announcement records the further acquisition of Marasi Bay Island. Both announcements state holdings within Marasi Bay - the marina waterfront and the reclaimed island - and no opened page states title over the whole plan.
