RLH Properties' 2025 annual report names Condominio Maestro la Mandarina, A.C. as holder of the federal maritime-terrestrial zone concession serving the hotels of the 265-hectare Mandarina condominium, alongside Condominio Mayakoba, A.C. for that estate. The report does not state what else the association administers.
