Developer MAG of Life FZ-LLCSince 2022 The mansion launch release states "The KETURAH Resort by MAG of Life is located on the Dubai Creek", attributing the resort itself and not only the building standing on it. The Gulf Construction report puts it the same way at plan level — "Keturah Resort by MAG is located on Dubai Creek facing Dubai's wildlife sanctuary in Ras Al Khor. It has been conceived and designed by MAG" — and a construction trade report dates the announcement, "UAE-based real estate developer MAG announced the launch of two unique developments, Keturah Reserve, and Keturah Resort", to 2022. MAG Group Holding's own portfolio lists Keturah Resort under its KETURAH subsidiary, and a Dubai project database records the developer as MAG Group through its subsidiary MAG of Life; MAG of Life FZ-LLC is the entity the register already carries on the project inside the plan. -
Building manager not found No opened page names a company running the Keturah Resort estate, operating a community association there or collecting its service charges. MAG Group Holding's portfolio entry for Keturah Resort carries only a location and a status; the developer's project page, the two launch releases and the trade reports describe the resort's wellness certification, its mansions and its apartments without naming an estate manager, and the Dubai project database lists no management or facilities-management company against it. Marriott International is named only as the party licensing and running the Ritz-Carlton hotel and residences inside the plan.

The project's own legal disclaimer names MAG of Life FZ-LLC only as the user of The Ritz-Carlton brand under licence — "Ritz-Carlton Residences, Dubai, Creekside are not owned, developed or sold by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. or its affiliates" — which speaks to the residences rather than the landholding.
