Developer GIM Desarrollos, ALHEL The Auberge release calls Kanai a master-planned beachfront community being developed by joint-venture partners ALHEL and GIM Desarrollos, and describes the pair as developers of 40 years across housing, high-end residential and commercial real estate. ALHEL trades as Alhel and carries no entry in the register.
