Developer Gian Franco BrignoneSince 1968 The estate's own history dates the territory's purchase to 2 July 1968 by Gian Franco Brignone, and a Costalegre agency listing calls the estate founded by Gian Franco Brignone in 1968 and family owned and operated since. No opened page names a company in that founding role; the holder recorded here is an individual. -
Building manager not found The estate's own history names three Brignone successors, with unnamed development partners, as its present custodians, and a regional listing says the estate continues under the guidance of Giorgio Brignone. No opened page names a firm administering the estate, a community association, or the collection of service charges. The one development firm named on these pages, Paralelo 19, is credited only for El Careyes Club & Residences, a project standing on the plan.

Holds title to not found A New York Times account republished by LPR Luxury says Gian Franco Brignone bought several thousand acres with a group of Mexican and European partners, sold a tract to Club Med in 1972, and that the Brignone family retained roughly 2,500 acres as minority partners in later ventures. Those partners and any holding company go unnamed, and no opened page names a company holding title to the landholding or a date on which such a holding ended.
