• The Fives Downtown, Playa del CarmenSold as full-ownership lofts, garden villas and penthouses under a developer brand with a rental-management programme. Whether that is a branded residence on the same footing as a hotel-group licence, or a condo-hotel, was not settled against a primary source.
• NAUTICA CancunA brokerage comparison index lists it as operating under the AZULIK brand with delivery in August 2028. It appears on no AZULIK or developer page opened.

Whether AZULIK Developments, the owner-developer recorded here, is also the company that licenses the AZULIK brand the project carries.

• One houseThe brand's own page presents the residences as the first residential project by AZULIK, the Tulum hospitality and art brand founded by Eduardo Neira, and names AZULIK Developments as owner and developer of them.source ↗
