Four Seasons at The Surf Club

Mixed

The residences

The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
Four Seasons
The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
Hotel
The larger planned community, resort or named development this project sits inside. A standalone building sits in none.
The Surf Club
How many separately titled homes this project sells, counting every kind it sells. Where it sells more than one kind, each is named and its own count given.
201
Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.

How this project is structuredThe residences sit on The Surf Club estate at 9011 Collins Avenue in Surfside, developed by Fort Partners around a 1930s clubhouse by Russell Pancoast. A 77-room Four Seasons hotel, a private members club and the estate’s restaurants share the site, and Four Seasons operates the hotel. The estate is parcelled rather than single: the county carries the hotel folio at 9001 Collins Avenue in the Altos del Mar No 4 subdivision under SC Hotel Property LLC, while the Seaway buildings form their own condominium at 9149 Collins Avenue. No opened page names a landowning entity.
