How this project is structuredA 28-storey oceanfront tower on a two-acre site at 1350 South Ocean Boulevard, developed by Related Group and Merrimac Ventures with Hilton. Hilton's own release describes it as the brand's first-ever standalone residential endeavour, and the groundbreaking report adds that it is the brand's first entry into Broward County. Architecture is by Nichols Architects with KORA and interiors by BAMO. The county property record for the parcel at 1350 S Ocean Boulevard names 1350 Pompano Developer LP as its owner.
