Rosewood Residences Miami Beach

Planned

The residences

The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
Rosewood
The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
Hotel
How many separately titled homes this project sells, counting every kind it sells. Where it sells more than one kind, each is named and its own count given.
44
The kinds of home offered — villas, condos, penthouses, lots — and how they break down. Not how many, and not what interest is sold.
Oceanfront condominium residences in a 17-storey tower beside the restored Raleigh hotel
The interest a buyer takes: whole ownership, a share of one residence, or a right to use it.
Whole ownership
Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.
Hotel on site
When its residences were first released for sale.
No opened page states a sales launch date; the opened trade page describes presales as anticipated under the new owner rather than begun.
Every handover date the project has been given, oldest first.

Not recorded is a statement about this register: no sourced value is held for these. It is never a claim that anyone withheld them.

Who is behind it

The company that runs properties under this project’s brand and sets the standards carried under it. It need not own the name — who owns it is the brand licensor.
Rosewood Hotel Group
A party that still holds title to a named part of this scheme — a retained podium, a co-located hotel. Most branded residences have none: the homes belong to the people who bought them.
Nahla Raleigh LLCFreeholdSince October 2025Titleholder of 1775 Collins Avenue on the county property record.
The party that promotes the project and carries it through to delivery. May also hold title to part of it — being one does not make it the other.
Nahla CapitalreportedSince October 2025Acquired the site in October 2025.
The practice or individual who designed the building.

How this project is structuredAn oceanfront estate at 1775, 1757 and 1751 Collins Avenue combining the restored 1940 Raleigh hotel with a new 17-storey residential tower. The site was acquired in October 2025 for about 270 million dollars and is titled to Nahla Raleigh LLC. Rosewood's own residences page carries the project, and Rosewood is the brand on the building rather than the owner or developer.
