How this project is structuredPPG Development and BH3 Management launched the residences at 101 Diplomat Parkway together with Ennismore, repositioning a 26-storey tower developed in 2022. Ennismore holds the Mondrian brand and Accor is its majority shareholder; the residences are not owned or developed by either. PPG Development and Premium Capital Resources acquired the property, and BH3 Management acquired a 50 percent ownership interest in the tower in 2022. The county property record for the tower parcel at 101 Diplomat Parkway names Maltese Diplomat Owner 100 LLC as its titleholder.
