How this project is structuredLiberty Grande, LLC developed the resort at 777 North Ocean Drive and Meliá Hotels International announced it would open and manage it. Costa Hollywood Property Owner, whose managing member is Moses Bensusan, filed for Chapter 11 and its lender Madison Realty Capital bought the 52 unsold residences for $43 million in 2020; 274 residences had already been sold. The county property record for the address now names Buttonwood Partners Asset Management II LLC on residences of Costa Hollywood Condominium, including units N427 and N601, and carries the commercial space under a separate declaration, with unit CU-N101 held by Costa SFU LLC.
