How this project is structuredGale Residences Fort Lauderdale Beach is a 12-storey development of 129 residences and 96 hotel suites on the site of the historic Escape Hotel. Newgard Development Group developed it with Merrimac Ventures. Menin Hospitality manages the hotel on the shared site. The residences are separately titled condominium units: the county property record records them at 401 North Birch Road under the condominium name Tiffany House Condo, held by individuals and by companies, so no single party holds title to them.
