- Heafey GroupSince January 2017Bought the unopened project in January 2017.
- The party that promotes the project and carries it through to delivery. May also hold title to part of it — being one does not make it the other.

How this project is structuredThe residences sit beside the Conrad resort at 551 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Boulevard, on a site begun as a Trump-branded project whose licence lapsed in 2009. Hilton bought the vacant address and signed an agreement with CFLB Partnership LLC to open and operate it as a Conrad. The unopened project was sold to the Heafey Group in January 2017.
