How this project is structuredTerra, One Thousand Group and Major Food Group are building the copper-clad waterfront tower at 710 NE 29th Street, with architecture by ODP Architects under Kurt Dannwolf and interiors by Vicky Charles. Major Food Group brands and operates the restaurants and amenity spaces. Vertical construction had reached 21 floors by January 2026 and completion is scheduled for late 2027.
