Gale Miami Hotel & Residences
The residences
- The name licensed to this project and carried on the building. A brand is not a company: it holds no title, builds nothing and runs nothing.
- Gale
- The business the brand comes from — hotel, fashion, design, automotive, restaurant, club, or a developer’s own name.
- Hotel
- The kinds of home offered — villas, condos, penthouses, lots — and how they break down. Not how many, and not what interest is sold.
- Studio, one- and two-bedroom units from 410 to 910 square feet
- The interest a buyer takes: whole ownership, a share of one residence, or a right to use it.
- Whole ownership
- Whether a hotel shares the site, the building is mixed-use, or it is residences only.
- Hotel on site
- The published asking range or entry price.
- USD ~400,000 – 1,000,000+
- When its residences were first released for sale.
- 13 Sep 2023reported
- Every handover date the project has been given, oldest first.
- 2024
- When the residences were handed over to buyers.
- 2024

How this project is structuredThe Gale component occupies part of the 51-storey Natiivo tower at 601 NE First Avenue, which the developer’s own investment page names as its address. Keith Menin and Marisa Galbut developed it through Sixth Street Miami Partners LLC, by GFO Investments, with Arquitectonica as architect and Urban Robot for interior design and landscape architecture. Menin Hospitality operates the Gale brand. Owners may rent their residences short term.
