How this project is structuredBel Invest launched sales in November 2021 for an eight-storey, 159-residence building at 148 NW 28 Street in Wynwood, designed by Zyscovich Architects with interiors by Diesel Living, the brand's home line. It is the first residential development for Diesel, the brand is licensed rather than operated, and residences ranged from 320,000 to 4.8 million dollars at launch.
