How this project is structuredRelated Group and Alta Developers are building the tower at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami's Arts and Cultural District, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Piero Lissoni, the former creative director of B&B Italia. The tower topped off in July 2025 and completion is expected by summer 2026. The project is B&B Italia's first residential collaboration, and no opened page names a company running the building.
