How this project is structuredBugatti Residences by Binghatti is the first Bugatti-branded residential project in the world, developed by Binghatti under a brand collaboration unveiled jointly with Bugatti Rimac in May 2023. Bugatti licenses its name and design language to the project; it does not own or develop the land.
