Behind the master plan

Developer Grupo QuestroSince 2001 The 2017 article describes Puerto Los Cabos as a 2,000-acre master-planned, mixed-use resort community and states that the project, which includes the Zadún Ritz-Carlton Reserve hotel among its parts, is owned and developed by Grupo Questro. In the same article Eduardo Sánchez Navarro of Grupo Questro places Puerto Los Cabos as the company's next location in 2001, after Cabo Real and its earlier developments from around 1985. -
Building manager not found The community's own master-plan page names only the planning and design firms behind the plan — EDSA, Bjarke Ingels Group, Intrawest–Playground, Design Workshop, Alberto Kalach and Manuel Cervantes — together with hotel brands and real-estate partners, and names no company administering the estate. Its home page describes the community and its five neighbourhoods and names no company at all. No opened page names an estate manager, a community association or a collector of service charges for the landholding.

Holds title to Grupo Questro The same 2017 article states the community is owned by Grupo Questro. The holding is recorded as at that date: no opened page gives the year the land was acquired, states how much of the 2,000 acres remains in the company's hands after parcel sales, or states that the holding ended.
