No opened page gives a year for the land assembly or the master plan. -

Holds title to Miami Design District AssociatesSince 2010 dacra.com states the Miami Design District "is owned by Miami Design District Associates, which was established in 2010 as a partnership between Dacra and L Catterton Real Estate", and that General Growth Properties purchased an interest in September 2014. craigrobins.com calls Miami Design District Associates the principal owner of the neighbourhood and names Brookfield Properties alongside Dacra and L Catterton as its partners.
